Common questions

Do I need a referral to see the audiologist?

You do not need a referral for a standard hearing assessment. Some funded programs and hearing services schemes do require a GP referral — reception can tell you which applies to you.

How long does a hearing assessment take?

Allow around 45 minutes to an hour for a full assessment, including time to discuss the results.
